Major characteristics

DGP-SCZ-12 Automatic upper weighing filling machine is controlled by PLC, touch screen and weighing instrument. It’s easy to adjust when change barrel specification. The operating of weight calibrating, filling parameter setting and filling volume change can be achieved in touch screen, and the touch screen can memory many sets of filling parameters.

Filling head adopts double speed filling, with the function of diving filling and vacuum filling, there’s no liquid drop during filling process. The filling hopper with liquid level control, can pump feeding material automatically.

All the machine frame is made of environmental protection stainless steel, beautiful appearance and meet GMP standard.
